Shipping Policies

Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order.  You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Business days are Monday through Friday, and does not include holidays.  

Any orders placed after 4pm HST will be processed the following day.

Orders are FINAL SALE after 48 hours of ordering. No exceptions. 

  

Disclaimer: We are not responsible for missing/stolen packages, or incorrect addresses.  Please double-check spelling and that all addresses are entered correctly before checking out. Be sure to check all packages once received, and report any damages with photos on the day received.  Anything reported after may not be compensated, and what happens after the carrier receives the package is out of our control. Please also note that we’ll need to go through the process of filing any claims for missing packages before issuing any refund.
