POLICIES

• All appointments must be rescheduled or cancelled 24-hours prior to start. 
• Those cancelled within 24-hours are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. 
• Tardy Policy: 10 Minute “grace period” allowed.  Those who arrive past the 10-minute "grace period" will result in cancellation, rescheduling, or that time being deducted from treatment time. Cancellation Fee applies. 
• No Call/No Show: $50 no-show fee implemented.  
• Important: New clients should arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time for intake forms and initial consultation/evaluation.
